Pricing/Scope Of Work:

The Industry standard pricing for other companies STARTS at $174.99 – $499.99 or more and that pricing is for the dryer vent (What’s inside the walls) ONLY! Any additional work that is already included in our service, the other companies will charge you more money in addition to the base price! Even for something as simple as moving out the dryer or the termination point being over 5ft off the ground.

Prevent – Dryer Vent Services Service Includes: 

EXTERIOR 

– Inspection & cleaning of exterior vent cover (when accessible) 
– Cleaning of the dryer vent from the exterior of the home with special equipment 

INTERIOR 

– Pull out/disconnect the dryer. 
– Inspect & clean ventilation flex duct connecting the dryer to the wall & the clamps (Small modifications like modifying the length of hose as needed to ensure the safest most efficient connection for your dryer or crimping the end of your dryer vent to ensure a better connection is all apart of the service NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE).
– Cleaning of the dryer vent from inside of the home with special equipment that scrubs it clean.
– Cleaning of the area around the dryer so no lint, debris or trash is present (as seen in my before/after pictures) Includes walls & flooring. 
– Disassemble the lint catcher part of the entire exterior of the washer &dryer and clean down inside the entire exterior of the washer & dryer itself to ensure all duct work of the dryer is lint free.
– Video Inspection to make sure everything is clear, connected & in good condition.                                                                                              – Put everything back into place.
– Air pressure test the dryer vent to ensure all connections are good
– Wipe down (Disinfect) the entire exterior of the dryer itself. 

Comes with a 120 day guarantee! If there is any airflow issues within the 120 day time frame, we will come back out to fix the issue free of charge. If the issue is found to be caused by something other than directly related to the services preformed during the 120 day guarantee, a service charge will accrue.

Weber, Davis, Salt Lake Counties – $199.99 (Salt Lake County varies based on what city/how miles away from our headquarters (Layton) you are. If you are 30 + Miles Away Starts At $209.99) Some Salt Lake Counties, Cache, Rich, Morgan, Summit, Wasatch, Tooele, & Utah Counties – Starts at $219.99 and varies based on what city/county or how miles away from our headquarters (Layton) you are. (If Multiple Appointments Are Booked In Same Area, Discount Can Be Applied. Ask For More Details) 

ATTENTION: Price may increase if there is a severe block/serious issue due to improperly installed dryer vent duct work that takes a lot of time too clear/figure out. If you have stackable units which are normally very difficult to move and or get behind. Your dryer is in a location that is super hard to get behind which requires additional time/work in order to complete the service or if you live in condos/apartments that makes  the process of getting to your front door to be able to initiate the service call difficult/or adds significant additional time to the appointment.

Add Ons:

– Birds Nest Removal                                                                                     – Starts at $50 & Depends on the type of bird/situation.
– Roof Access                                                                                                – Starts at $50. Actual price depends on pitch/danger level.
– 25′ Or Higher Ladder                                                                                  – Sometimes the exterior vent access point is over 25′. If this is the case, I have to use my large green ladder and cost starts at $75 and varies depending on the situation.
– Repairs                                                                                                          – Are to be determined and based on the scope of work needed.
– Estimates can be submitted to you if repair/project is needed at clients request.

VERY IMPORTANT/PLEASE READ: If it is discovered that your dryer vent is unable to be cleaned for any reason out of our control. For example: It is discovered that your dryer vent was incorrectly installed which has caused it to disconnect inside the walls or the incorrect materials were used like vinyl/plastic which makes the cleaning not possible. The service charge is removed and a new line item is implemented for a “Diagnostic Service/Fee” and the charge can range from $125 – $225 depending on the city you live in. This charge is not an hourly charge and has nothing to do with the amount of time spent on location. We are coming to you with years of experience & training, and from that experience & training we are able to diagnose situations in a very timely manner. Between the time spent at the consultation, as well as the amount of time/gas used to get to your location, we hope you understand the reason for the charge. A estimate will be given for repair that will be sent to your email. A percentage of this Diagnostic/Service charge will be credited towards the total cost for the repair.
