OUR SCOPE OF WORK
EXTERIOR
• Inspection & Cleaning: Thorough inspection and cleaning of the exterior vent cover (when accessible).
• Vent Cleaning: Use of commercial-grade equipment to clean the dryer vent from the exterior of the home.
INTERIOR
• Dryer Area Cleaning: Pull out/disconnect the dryer to vacuum and wipe down the area around it, including walls,
baseboards, and floors, ensuring no lint, debris, or trash is left behind (as seen in before/after pictures).
• Transition Hose Care: Clean and inspect the transition hose and clamps that connect the dryer to the wall vent.
• Safety Modifications: Perform minor modifications to enhance safety and efficiency—at no additional charge!
• Complete Vent Cleaning: Utilize specialized equipment to scrub and polish the dryer vent, removing 100% of lint
and debris.
• Video Inspection: Conduct a video inspection to ensure the vent is completely clear and all connections are secure
and in good condition.
• Dryer Ductwork Cleaning: Disassemble the lint catcher area of the dryer and clean the internal ductwork to ensure
all dryer ducting is lint-free.
• Reassembly: Carefully reconnect and put everything back into place.
• Airflow Testing: Perform an air pressure test to confirm all connections are secure and functioning optimally.
• Appliance Wipe-Down: Disinfect the exterior of both the dryer and washer for a clean finish.

(If Multiple Appointments Are Booked In Same Area, Discount Can Be Applied. Ask For More Details)
ATTENTION: Price may increase if there is a severe block/serious issue due to improperly installed dryer vent duct work that takes a lot of time to clear/figure out. If you have stackable units which are normally very difficult to move and or get behind. Your dryer is in a location that is super hard to get behind which requires additional time/work to complete the service or if you live in condos/apartments that makes the process of getting to your front door to be able to initiate the service call difficult/or adds significant additional time to the appointment.
Add Ons:
– Birds Nest Removal – Starts at $50 & Depends on the type of bird.
– Roof Access – Starts at $50. The actual price depends on the pitch/danger level.
– 25′ Or Higher Ladder – Sometimes the exterior vent access point is over 25′. If this is the case, I have to use my large green ladder and the cost starts at $75 minimum and varies depending on the situation.
– Repairs – These are to be determined and based on the scope of work needed.
– An estimate can be submitted to you if repair/project is needed at the client’s request.
VERY IMPORTANT/PLEASE READ: If it is discovered that your dryer vent is unable to be cleaned for any reason out of our control. For example: It was discovered that your dryer vent was incorrectly installed which has caused it to disconnect inside the walls or the incorrect materials were used like vinyl/plastic which makes the cleaning not possible. The service charge is removed and a new line item is implemented for a “Diagnostic Service/Fee” and the charge can range from $125 – $225 depending on the city you live in. This charge is NOT an hourly charge and has nothing to do with the amount of time spent on location. We are coming to you with years of experience, hours of training, as well as being certified as a Certified Dryer Exhaust Technician (CDET), and from that dedication, we can diagnose situations in a very timely manner. Between the time spent at the consultation, as well as the amount of time/gas used to get to your location, we hope you understand the reason for the charge.
An estimate will be given for repair that will be sent to your email. A percentage of this Diagnostic/Service charge will be credited toward the total cost of the repair.
